My name is Yana and I've worked as a translator and interpreter between Russian, Ukrainian, English and French for 13 years already. I like it very much. Russian and Ukrainian are my mother tongues. My level of English is Pre-Native Speaker (acc. to the test passed at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2008) and my level of French is DALF C1. I have the diploma with excellence of Lugansk State Pedagogical University where I studied English, French and world literature.

My specialization is business, legal, banking and tax documents, French wines, IT, tourism and now I am shifting into cultural and literary specialization as well. My objective is to translate articles for magazines, books, and work for a publishing company. I adore literature and writing.

As an interpreter, I have the same specializations. I also have experience working as a hostess/interpreter at international trade fairs in Kiev. I took a course of simultaneous interpreting (English to Russian/Ukrainian) and I'm planning to master this kind of interpreting soon.

I worked for International School of Samui (in Thailand), Accenture (a project for Pravex Bank, a member of Intesa Sanpaolo Group), OTP Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Erste Bank, Raiffeisenbank Ukraine. I cooperate with several translation agencies in Kiev (Ukraine) and Moscow (Russia). I also worked in a travel agency and as a manager of a resort in Thailand (in 2012). In 2009 I was a representative of Messe Berlin, an international exhibition center, in Ukraine.
