Но, одновременно человек попадает в зависимость от своей роли. Тиран, жертва, бунтарь, миротворец – роли ограничивают нас, загоняя в тупик выбранного амплуа. Именно в этот момент стоит искать помощи у семейной терапии.
Семейная терапия показана семьям, где её члены страдают от поведения друг от друга, не справляются с возникающими кризисными ситуациями, им не хватает психологических ресурсов для решения проблемы.

Family is also a system, a living organism functioning according to the rules of the Universe, the rules of energy exchange. Definite roles are conferred to family members during their life. This is both a good and a bad thing. Playing a definite role is easier, than mastering a new scenario all the time. However, simultaneously a person is captured by his or her role. A tyrant, a victim, a rebel, a peacekeeper – roles constrain us, making us reach a deadlock within a chosen character. This is the very moment when one needs turning to the family therapy for a help.
Family therapy is shown to families, where its members suffer from each other’s behavior; fail to cope with arising crisis situations; and they do not have enough psychological resources to settle their troubles.
