Workflow with lots of repetitions

The export for external review has a column indicating the percentages and they are color coded in some way so it shouldn't be so difficult for the proofreader to skip those that are indicated as 100% matches.

In OmegaT, you make a filter on unique segments, and the repetitions disappear.
