ОАО «Перестраховочная компания Росстрах» учреждено в 2001 г. страховыми компаниями Новосибирска. Акционером компании является ООО «АлексГрупп». Компания имеет два офиса – в Москве и Новосибирске. Столичный офис компании начал работать в 2003.
