According to some commentators, a minority sometimes attempts to become the majority by producing more and more children; sometimes the majority fights back with the same tactics. This produces a "demographic war", e.g. allegedly in Jerusalem.

: "Kudüs'te demografik savaş" would as well do - it would be clear enough that the war is in AND for Jerusalem.
