El comercio español sin ser lo que debía ser, se agita y mueve en ansias de explotación, para lo que le falta capital, y de ahí viene la explotación del territorio tratando de explotar el indígena, y reclutando braceros pués no concibe nuestro comercio las explotaciones en grande escala; siendo de esperar, que á todo se llegará más ó menos tarde, por que acudirá el verdadero capital á dar vida á aquellos territorios.

I'm finding the last line challenging: it is expected that all objectives will be reached somewhat late, (...) real capital needed to bring life to those territories?? Any input/suggestions are appreciated.

You welcome! Oh, then there was not error in accentuation, but you should mentioned the time of the source text, at that time the accents were fine, that was the rule: preposition "a" had accent, as for example the verb form "pára".

https://books.google.es/books?id=GkLlIh09ANsC&pg=PA30&lpg=PA...

There were rules more precise and exigent than the current ones.
The academical tendency is to simplify the accentuation rules, as you probably know they changed in the last decades the way of writing "sólo" (solamente) or "éste, ése, aquél" when they are pronouns and now they stated to writing those words without accent.

But for sure that "por que" is "porque".

the funding availability

Explanation:
'It was expected that the financial funding or the capital required would be available later.'
According to the message, in the past, there was exploitation in trade and commerce along with a lack of capital or financial funding. A system took advantage of territories which were exploited as agricultural workers were recruited. Therefore, such a system was not conceived or included in commerce on a larger scale or in the outside world. It was expected that the financial funds from the necessary capital would be available later in order to include and facilitate work in those areas.

Example sentence(s):
  • SP: Según el mensaje, en el pasado había explotación en el comercio junto con la falta de fondos financieros mientras se aprovechaba del territorio en el que se reclutaban trabajadores de granjería y agricultura.
  • Así no era concebido u incluído en el comercio de grande escala del mundo fuera. Se esperaba que más tarde llegarían los fondos financieros o el capital que era necesario para incluir y facilitar el trabajo de aquellos territorios.

Asker: Thanks! The source text was written in 1920--sorry for including the accent errors. I just typed it in as it appears in the pdf

Explanation:
I would say

--------------------------------------------------

As verbs the difference between galvanise and galvanize is that galvanise is (chiefly british) to shock or stimulate into sudden activity while galvanize is to coat with a thin layer of metal by electrochemical means; to electroplate.
