новая норма, perhaps, but it's better to ask the question in the EN-RUS pair.

Thank you.
agree B D Finch : The point in your explanation about it having become "expected" is important. "The new normal" is about both objective and subjective experience.

So not really "normal" behaviour as we know it but something we must get used to at this pandemic time

The previously critical situation of the pandemic that has already become usual

A previously unfamiliar or atypical situation that has become standard, usual, or expected.

A new normal is a state to which an economy, society, etc. settles following a crisis, when this differs from the situation that prevailed prior to the start of the crisis. The term has been used in relation to the financial crisis of 2007-2008, the aftermath of the 2008–2012 global recession, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

neutral B D Finch : Not quite, because "the new normal" is not just objective, but also subjective and about expectations.

नवसामान्य

As we all know, this is a new term coined after COVID 19 pandemic, most of the languages are using this term in the same way as given by English journalism. So we will have to make a new term in different languages for this situation, as English did. According to the nature and tendency of Hindi morphology I think this can be the best suitable term to express the thought.
