A mi juicio, las podemos considerar como “becas”. No en el sentido del montante que el individuo recibe, sino, más bien, como el proceso por el que el candidato pasa. RAE Beca: 4. f. periodo de capacitación Explanation: Acabo de traducir un texto donde para "training" he puesto "capacitación" según el contexto. Traduciría "research traineeship" por "periodo de capacitación/suficiencia investigadora".
