Bug when grading

An asker wanted to grade my answer(GE-RU), but it does not work. Instead I got a lot of messages yesterday and today when the asker tried to grade the question. All the messages were alternately named
[KudoZ] Answer declined (re: Ch): and
[KudoZ] Answer undeclined (re: Ch):
