Hi,
I may be a little premature in posting a bug report, but I just paid for the conference + platinum membership package (my platinum membership was due for renewal anyway), and on my return to the Proz homepage, it still says "Your platinum membership expires in 1 day". Is this simply because the payment has yet to be processed?

Hi Ralf,
I paid by credit card. Isn't that instantaneous? The change is reflected on the conference page - my payment for conference registration is recognised by the system. But my "member info" box in the top left of the site still says that my platinum membership expires in 1 day and my profile page says it expires on Sept. 16 2005.

Hi again, CC payments are not necessarily instantaneous, as CC processors usually conduct checks before actually crediting the amount charged.
I suggest you submit a Support Request, in the Billing and payments section of the Support system.
