English to Spanish: Fiberglass PTFE packing
Source text - English Fiberglass PTFE packing
It is manufactured from continuous filament fiberglass yarn that has a chemical resistance. Each strand of fiberglass is treated with PTFE suspensoid and then, after it is braided, it is again treated with PTFE, an additional break-in lubricant is also incorporated. The combination of full lubrication and interbraided construction produces a square packing having better sealing contact with reduced gland pressure.
It is a packing capable of a wide variety of uses throughout a plant. It may be used on water, steam, solvents, mild acids and alkalies. and slurries in pumps, expansion joints, mixers and agitators to 260℃. Another type of fiberglass is wire inserted fiberglass yarn packing. It is available in square cross and round braided with stainless steel wire inserted fiberglass yarns. Can be supplied with colliodal and flake graphite lubrication. It is recommended for use as a gasketing or packing against dry high temperature steam on boiler expansion joints, generator doors, retort covers, ovens and heat chambers.
Fiberglass tape
Fiberglass tape (plain) withstands temperatures up to 1000°F, Applications include wrapping steam tracer lines, hose, piping, tadpole tapes, gasketing, and curtains for high temperature ovens.
Thickness: 0.8mm~3.0mm
Width: 20mm~500mm
Length: 30m
In order to adapt to different application, we can make various treatment as followings.
-- 9480: coated with aluminum foil on single side or both sides.
-- 9383: dewaxing, extract the most organic elements from the
fabrics by heat treatment.
-- 9649: impregnated with silicone oil
-- 9957: dyeing the fabrics to any colors with heat resistant
chemical dye
-- 9995: coated with silicone rubber on single or both sides
-- MHT-2700: coated with vermiculite to increase the heat resistance.
-- FW1969: coated with graphite.

Non-asbestos rope
Non-asbestos tadpole tape utilizing woven fiberglass cloth with brass wire inserted in both directions as the external portion of the product. The core portion in the bulb is a twisted fiberglass rope. The external portion of the product is rated to 400°F.
Thickness: 1.6mm~6.0mm
Overall width: 20mm~80mm
Bulb dia: 10mm~30mm
Vermiculite coated fiberglass cloths
Vermiculite is a natural mineral which provides a natural inorganic finish to fiberglass. This coating provides short term temperature resistance of 2000°F and increased continuous temperature resistance over standard fiberglass.
Vermiculite coated fiberglass cloths increase the products? abrasion resistance and adds to its ability to withstand direct flame.
This same coating is available on fiberglass tapes. It is available in a variety of weights, thickness, and widths.
In today's work environment, health and safety issues are of major concern. Our vermiculite coated fiberglass tapes provide a dust suppression coating which allows for a safer work environment
