tillverkning/skicklighet

'Avsalu' means "for sale". 'Slöjd' was in the 19th century, among other meanings, used as 'tillverkning'="manufacturing" och 'skicklighet'="(professional) skill".
The choice between these two depends on the wider context of your text.
