It's a chemical cleaning certificate, the certificate here is called "SPYLE CERTIFICATE". At one point the word "Flush" appears in the context. See my other comment on Spool...

"Flushing" is one possibility. Can you give the exact context. "Spylesertifikat" gets 0 hits in Google.

flushing certificate

I suspect that "flush" is the right term for "spyle" here. However I am not an expert on cleaning processes. "Flushing certificate" sounds odd but, if it is a complex part of the process, it is conceivable that there may be such a thing. I would need to see more of the document to give any kind of opinion. Since English terminology is clearly used in this technology, your client may well know the answer.
