flushing certificate
I suspect that "flush" is the right term for "spyle" here. However I am not an expert on cleaning processes. "Flushing certificate" sounds odd but, if it is a complex part of the process, it is conceivable that there may be such a thing. I would need to see more of the document to give any kind of opinion. Since English terminology is clearly used in this technology, your client may well know the answer.
