Same court case about surveyor's liability and the diligence with which the work should be carried out: in tema di responsabilità, il direttore dei lavori per conto del committente quando chiamato a svolgere la propria attività in situazioni involgenti l'impiego di peculiari competenze techniche, deve utilizzare le proprie risorse intelletive ed operative per assicurare, relativamente all'opera in corsa di realizzazione, il risultato che il committente-preponente si aspetta di conseguire, onde il comportamento deve essere valutato non riferimento al normale concetto di diligenza ma alla stregua della "diligentia quam in concreto".
