Both parties, by reasonable petition of the other, will execute, recognise and deliver, or will arrange to be executed, recognised and delivered, all documents, deeds, transfers, licences, transferences or transmissions of ownership as may be required to satisfy the requirements of the law of the relevant jurisdictions in the Territory and give full effect to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
