English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Terms Agreement

The Parties agree that Proceeds shall be distributed in the following order of priority on a Claim-by-Claim basis, with defendants or other payers to be instructed by the Parties to disburse Proceeds to a mutually agreed upon escrow agent, with instruction to make distributions pursuant to SAS reasonable instruction and in all respects subject to the terms hereof, within three business days of receipt of such Proceeds.
