This is taken from a police report on a traffic accident:
"Que, en cas d'obtenir noves dades que poguessin variar el contingut d'aquesta diligència, s'en donaria compte a ***V. I.***"
As the document is addressed to a judge, I imagine it is some form of address, possible equivalent of "your grace"???

V.I. stands for Vostra Il.lustríssima, which is clearly a courtesy title. It seems to be accorded quite widely – see the link below for examples from the educational field.
In the case of judges, Your Honour will do fine (except Magistrates who in the UK are addressed as Your Worship). But in any case current legal usage (again, in the UK) is generally to avoid using direct address to a judge.
As for Your Grace – please don't even go there!!!
