Yo optaría por "resistencia" en este contexto. A diferencia de Merab, para mí es lo que más sentido tiene. No se trata de tener paciencia, si no de cuánto aguanta concentrado el individuo evaluado.

No me gusta "resistencia" en este contexto. "Aguante" sería demasiado informal. "paciencia" encaja a la perfección, en mi opinión.

En este caso concreto y en función de la información aportada (“assess skills in the attention and concentration domains”), creo que “atención” o “capacidad de atención” podrían ser opciones válidas.

aguante, tolerancia, no rendirse
En línea con lo expresado por Alan; capacidad de aguantar, de tolerar, de no rendirse esos 20 minutos haciendo clic a un mouse cuando sale un 1/suena un 1 y dejando de cliquear si sale un 2 (una tarea repetitiva donde quizás esos números salen muy rápido).
