Spanish term
jurisprudencia de unificación
Spanish to English
Social Sciences
Law (general)
This appears to be a relatively common phrase in Spanish "legalese." The context in which I need to translate the word is Colombia, a legal case involving a mining company by the name of Cerro Matoso. Here is the quote:

unified caselaw; unification of (conflicting) caselaw
(or "case law" in British English)
In its strictest sense, "jurisprudencia" is "case law" (court rulings/opinions/judgments), while "jurisprudence" is the theory or science of law ("teoría del Derecho)". "Unificación de jurisprudencia" denotes decisions that seek to unify previously rendered but conflicting caselaw.

: Completely agree, here they are referring to the unification or consolidation of discrepancies among court decisions. As a general rule: jurisprudencia > case law; doctrina > jurisprudence.

unified jurisprudence
Example sentence:
What can be seen emerging is an attempt by CEDAW to create a harmonious and unified jurisprudence with other UN Treaty Body Systems,
A unified jurisprudence would require that several cases reach the level of the Supreme Court, but most of them have not gone beyond the court of appeal.

unification of jurisprudence
In March 2017, the constitutional court provided further clarification on its position via SU-133, a 'Unification of Jurisprudence' sentence aimed at clarifying previous court rulings. SU-133 stated that local communities had the right to be consulted on extractive projects, which went beyond previous rulings allowing local authorities to decide on mining projects within their jurisdiction. It was not specified whether the referendum result was binding.

In most other areas, shortcomings identified by the Commission in July remain. Although the Constitutional Court has recently rejected amendments to the Penal Procedure Code[3] which would severely restrict the rights of the prosecution, the legal situation remains unresolved and ambiguous. Some investigations of high level cases remain blocked by the Romanian Parliament. In addition, access to and unification of jurisprudence, the accountability of magistrates and the shortcomings in staffing and management of the judiciary still await significant improvement.

This seems to be the more commonly used 37,0000 hits on Google, as opposed to 675 for unified jurisprudence.

Discussion
I say this as I've just been given document on a particular area of financial law whose subheading is "Aspectos Doctrinales y Jurisprudenciales", and I'm wondering if it could be translated as "Relevant Legal Thought and Case Law".
However, I do wonder how you see "jurisprudence" as differing from "academic opinion" or "the writing of law legal scholars"? I'm not sure I see any distinction myself.
And of course "doctrina" is often simply "doctrine," as in "la doctrina del fruto del árbol envenenado" ("fruit-of-the-poisonous-tree doctrine").
In contrast, "jurisprudence" is closer in meaning and content to the Spanish legal disciplines of "Teoría del Derecho" and "Filosofía del Derecho".
