Sorry, there's no more context, it's just a database entry, but this is Colombian Spanish if that helps. I can't imagine what a "mobile political station" might be.

Yes, I've considered this possibility, because there are a number of typos in this database. Ultimately, I may have to check it out with the client.

I know they use these in Venezuela - see link below - but if they are mobile, then it's tempting to wonder why they haven't moved them on after the elections.
