My interpretation is just the opposite. Am I crazy?

I\'m confused. Michaelis gives the following definitions for \"adiante\": 1. Before. 2. In front, ahead (of). 3. Onward, forward. 4. In the first place (instance). 5. Later on. 6. Farther on, further.

From the asker\'s context, it\'s impossible to tell which of these meanings applies.
Peer comment(s):

agree Lincoln Silveira (X) : In this case (i.e. the context's case), meanings no. 5 and 6 would fit... don't think you're crazy

Thanks for the reassurance, Lincoln! I wonder about that from time to time...
agree Jane Lamb-Ru (X) : whoops as will be explained :)

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Hi Muriel. You weren't crazy. :-) In this text, the "coordenação e controle de performance" was explained later in the document. Thanks, everyone, for your input! "

neutral Jose Vidigal : adiante = previously?

See Muriel's comment. In a business proposal, the decision (company X will do) comes after having explained the reasons why. This is the way I understood it. Obrigado anyway !!
disagree Lincoln Silveira (X) : I am afraid the text mentions "adiante", which would be better rendered as follow, below and the like...
