Olá. Estou traduzindo um texto que fala sobre assédio, e ele cita que o "empregador não pode compactuar com esse tipo de fato". Pensei em usar "agree" e "approve" como idéia genérica, mas gostaria de saber se há algo que passe melhor o conceito da palavra. Alguma sugestão? Obrigado.

But I think here you could say something like: "the employee cannot condone such behavior (i.e. sexual harassment)
