Spanish term
Resuelvo: I) Declarar ...III) Notifíquese, regístrese y protocolícese.
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
En realidad necesito armar la parte resolutiva de una declaratoria de herederos.
"Por lo expuesto:
Resuelvo: I) Declarar en cuanto .... IV) Notifíquese, regístrese, protocolícese."
Lo he traducido:
"Now, therefore:
Be it resolved: I) To declare as required by law...IV) To notify, record and register the present resolution."
Si coloco "Be it resolved", todos los puntos deben ir en infinitivo? Esa es mi mayor duda. Utilizando to declare, to notify... ?
Desde agradezco la ayuda!

Be it resolved: I) To declare III) To instruct that the present document be published, registered
etc.
I would keep parallel structure. The second part is beyond the control of the declarant, so he/she can only request or instruct that those steps be taken.
