I agree with writeaway! It really depens on what kind of question you have about Proz.com - if it is about problems quoting or answering or grading Kudoz questions, I normally ask directly the proz.com staff. With other kinds of questions, I go to the Forum... Best regards, Silvia

Yeah, impossible to answer without specifying the type of help needed. For technical issues that clearly can't be solved by moderators I use the support ticket option. For kudoz/forum problems I contact moderators and so on.

When we meet seemingly unsolvable problems, whe always go to the support center for help. All my troubles have been tackled there. Cathy, Patrick, Maria, Henry, Jason, and all other staff are very, very kind and professional.
