Spanish term
\"punto de apoyo\"
Spanish to English
Other
Military / Defense
Found in an article about World War II: "Las fortificaciones alemanas se agrupaban en diversos puntos de apoyo y nidos de resistencia".
My attempt: "German fortifications were built gathered around several points of support and nests of resistance".
I'm not sure about the translation for "points of support"
Thank you in advance
