Italian term
PRESO ATTO che
Italian to English
Bus/Financial
Government / Politics
Energy
I am translating a document issued by an Italian ministry which authorises a certain company to run a certain production plant.
The heading of each paragraph start with:
VISTO il parere del favorevole ....
or
PRESO ATTO che la società dispone di ....
or
VALUTATO che .......
or
CONSIDERATO che la proposta progettuale prevede ...
Is there any reasonable way to express this terms in English without using a literal expression?
Is there perhaps a sort of standard English government-speak?
Can anyone help? I'd be pathetically grateful ...

Having acknowledged that
For "VISTO" I would use "whereas"
"Preso atto che" = Having acknolwedged that...
"Valutato" = Having assessed/evaluated/etc"
"Considerato" = Having considered that...
"Preso atto che" = Having acknolwedged that...
"Valutato" = Having assessed/evaluated/etc"
"Considerato" = Having considered that...
