polttomaalaus is a process by which the finish is "baked" on to the surface. "Stove enamel" is the term used in the construction industry.

similar to powdercoating, the paint is hardened (cured) in a large oven--not with flame, though :^)

baked enamel and stove enamelled are synonymous--the latter one is more common in UK.
