Даре, Мислим да је ова твоја тактика чекања 'у заседи' да неко нешто предложи, па да га ти онда обилато 'попљујеш' (и то на енглеском, што је овде потпуно непотребно) довела до тога да нико не жели да дâ неки свој предлог за наредних пет Богданових питања, да се не би увлачио у твоје бесконачне и често неаргументоване расправе. Нису баш сви тако докони, па чак и злонамерни – размисли мало о томе! :-)

Кад већ тако 'разглабамо', предлажем „право коришћења“ - то обухвата и случај „never setting foot in it“, као и „effectively being present in it“.

not quite it simply means that the property is not empty someone a resident or a business is "occupying" it. Still remains the fine distinction between "renting a property" and never setting foot in it [could happen, for all sorts of reasons] and "renting a property" and effectively being present in it. I'm not sure if both cases would be described as "occupying", and if "occupation" was to cover both cases, "Коришћење" wouldn't work.

the question should be in fact "occupation under such tenancies"
