Koliko sam shvatila ovde se radi o jednoj vrsti kiseline koja se koristi za čišćenje u farmaceutskoj industriji. Ova kiselina može se koristiti i kao tekućina u koju se proizvodna oprema može potopiti nakon čišćenja alkaloidima (da bi se uklonili mogući ostaci alkaloida).

the clue is in "removes residues in reaction vessels".
Residues being “in the reaction vessels” implies:
-1- residues to be cleaned are inside these vessels [in...]
-2- the vessels are in production use [residues are leftovers of something that was inside]
also, you “flood” a container from inside, basically you fill it completely with a liquid.
Like a flooding - “poplava” so “poplaviti / naplaviti opremu” i.e, fill entirely with this “deconex CIP alpha-x” (to keep the equipment clean between two production cycles?)
Or, if this sounds strange, “napuniti opremu rastvorom Deconex…) like “napuniti mašinu za veš vodom”
