Mislim da Tomislav jeste u pravu Naime, u pravnim dokumentima as of znači "na taj dan", i kod izjava i garancija (o čemu se ovde konkretno radi) uvek postoji neka odredba koja naglašava da su te izjave i garancije tačne na dan na koji su date.

I would be carefull with "always" without seeing enough of the ST to be sure what is the intended meaning in the specific text. Even the best writers occasionally misuse or bend the meaning of terms. Not to forget the differences between UK, US, Australian etc English.

in legal terms it always means that a legal instrument came to have legal force and effect from a certain date onwards

in fact, more context would be useful to have some idea what are "such dates".

These dates couldn't be refereed as "such dates" without being previously defined in some way.

Knowing what is specific about these "dates" would eliminate the ambiguity between two possible meanings of "as of [date]"

Normally it would mean:

as from (or of)
phrase of as
BRITISH
used to indicate the time or date from which something starts.
"as from 1 January, a free market will be created"

but sometime it's used to mean "at that date".

ovo je samo legalese "as of" ovdje znači "on", samo je netko naplaćivao po riječi sastavljenog ugovora.
