pesanan hingga penunaian
Rasanya tak ada term nie in Malay. Dah cari kat mana-mana tak jumpa. Tapi tak susah. It's ok for you to create a new term so long it make sense. My suggestion is "pesanan hingga penunaian".
For example:
Source: Ineffective order-to-cash processing make DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) levels soar and performance levels plummet.
Target: Proses tidak efektif pesanan hingga penunaian menyebabkan aras DSO(Jualan Harian Belum Jelas) meningkat dan aras prestasi jatuh menjunam.

Another suggestion is "tempahan hingga penunaian".
