Madam(s)/Sir(s)

the gender here is not known, so it is replaced by m/s. In case of refering only to the head of an organization, it would be Madam/Sir. Similarly, refereing to the board would be the same but plural.

لذا تصبح السيدات/السادة أو السيد/السيدة
