French term

Recharges de loyer

French to English Bus/Financial Accounting Canadian French
In an annual report, in a section about transactions concluded with related/affiliated companies.
The companies are listed, and then there is a list of transactions concluded with them, with the amounts involved.

For one company, the list is:
Loyer

For the next company, the list is:
Chiffre d'affaires
Recharges de loyer
Achats

The amount corresponding to this entry is relatively small - a few thousand dollars.

I've search Proz for this term, but I am not convinced my solution is among the terms I found.

Rent/lease cost allocation

Related and affiliated companies are allocated a proportion of rent for the premises they occupy. If there are no rented premises then look at lease costs - they too can be apportioned to the affiliated companies.
Note from asker:
Thanks - indeed, there are leased premises.

I am not sure I understand your question. In French it is Recharges de loyer. Directly translated recharge of rent/lease.
neutral writeaway : any refs to back this? In French would be helpful too

I don't have any. You can find it in published group accounts if you wanted to look.
