Russian to English Medical Medical (general) Lab report (Biochemistry)
Number of tests? This looks unconventional to me. I am further confused by what appears to be N-проб, which immediately follows "кол анл".

Both not so legible items appear at the top of the report after the patient's [crossed out] name. On the next line, you have "Address:" and so on.

In this case this might be "количество проб для анализа" (i.e. the number of tubes or slides), while "N-проб" is "№ пробирки" without any doubts; both the number of tubes and their numbers are usually indicated in the forms

Thank you, Natalie. There are two different reports and these items (кол анл and N-проб) appear in both. The first is биохимический анализ, and the second is клинический анализ крови.
