Russian term
Акт приема-передачи предоставленных услуг
Russian to English
Law/Patents
Business/Commerce (general)
Большинство услуг потребляются в процессе их предоставления Исполнителем, следовательно результат оказания услуг невозможно передать Заказчику...
Что, в таком случае, может служить для компетентных органов в качестве доказательства того что Исполнитель все же предоставил услуги, кроме "Акта приёма...".
Можно ли при этом обозвать такой документ как Receipt of Services rendered... ?
Заранее благодарен.

Also, since I will be personally delivering the documents to her home instead of sending them through the mail, I will not be giving her an invoice (since she will be giving me a check as soon as I arrive), but a receipt for services rendered. Is there anything wrong with this method?

Do I get invoice or receipt for services rendered?
Yes, you will receive ladcomms branded invoice (receipt) detailing all services rendered, cost, taxes and service date etc. The receipt can either be printed (hard copy) or sent via email, whichever a customer prefer.

Note from asker:
Google, IMHO, - дрянь... Попробуй в new.nigma.ru. К примеру - http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/russian/learn_english/newsid_4249000/4249656.stm "... В Англии такой документ называется Certificate of completion... " Что-то вроде того о чем здесь идёт речь... А в остальном - Спасибо... |

С "delivery" не согласен - ...результат оказания услуг невозможно передать Заказчику... К тому же Service, в конечном итоге, is rendered, a не delivered. |

The translation of this act varies: http://www.proz.com/?sp=ksearch
Most of the time it's Michael's 'acceptance certificate,' but when you deal with services, 'receipt' is the better way out, IMO, at least in the states.

Services Completion Certificate
I deal with tenders quite a lot and this is one of the more common terms used for the same thing in documents originating from English speakers. Having said that in Russia Russians translate the term into English quite often as "Act of Acceptance of Work". TNK-BP is one such example. So really it depends on how English or how Russian you want your title to be if you like,
