В этой же Части Соглашения в Статье 3.2 Продажа ТОВАРОВ в пункте (v) с первого взгляда видно разногласие между английским и русским текстами и поэтому нам непонятно в целом содержание этого пункта.

If you take a look at item (v) of Clause 3.2 Goods sales you will notice the inconsistence between Russian and English texts. Therefore the content of this clause is not clear for us.
