Buffet dînatoire événementiel

French to English Marketing Business/Commerce (general)
la Convention de la société xxx s'est articulée en trois temps

-"Buffet dînatoire événementiel "
c'est le évènementiel qui me pose problème accolé au reste!
Toute suggestion bienvenue merci d'avance

"buffet dinatoire evenementiel" what a pretentious way to say we cannot afford a sitting dinner! I love my language, we are so good at complicating things!

Dinner buffet event

18 years in the hospitality industry as a Director of catering and special events, 12 of which in the US.

Now they may call it differently in London...
Des variantes pourraient être:
upscale dinner buffet event
buffet style dinner event
the link below gives you the menus offered in the last US hotel I worked.
Enjoy!

Buffet dinner specially organized/arranged for the event/reception

depending on what the context is - a wedding or something more official

Joint buffet dinner

there are several definitions available for événementiel - on balance it seems to me that this means a dinner for those parties who have brought an event together - so the word 'joint' simplifies the issue - though if I read the whole context I may have to review my opinion.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Tony M : I really can't see anything to justify translating 'événementiel' as 'joint'

event buffet dinner

rather than "buffet dinner event" since it is a buffet dinner tied to an event

If you want something more "adventerous", how about
HAPPENING for événementiel
