Labor Survey
Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a little help with this one. The document is a national labor survey from the Mexican government and this term appears as one of the options for several of the questions. All the options for the questions have number codes next to them for example:
6b. ¿Cuantas horas trabajó Ud. la semana pasada?
1 Entre 10 y 20 horas
2 Entre 21 y 40 horas
3 Más de 40 horas
4 No sabe
0 Exclusivo capturista
In all the questions it has the code 0 and is highlighted so I believe it is an internal code of some sort
I have translated it as "Only for data capturer" going based off the translation of capturista in the Diccionario del Español de México as data capturer. I want to make sure I have it correct since it appears on a lot of the questions. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Only the person inputting the data can check this box - perhaps if the respondent didn't answer the question.

Interviewer use only
Same as phil's suggestion. The wording may different slightly depending on who is administering the questionnaire. On the ones I do for my market research client, it usually says FOR INTERVIEWER USE ONLY.
On government forms, it may be something like "For official use only"...
