I'm a native Amharic, Oromo, and Tigrinya speaker and an experienced freelancer in translation, transcription, audio data collection, proofreading, and editing. I have experience with LOFT 2.0, Amharic to English audio or video transcription, and data entry.

I am proficient at speaking with customers on the phone and over email. I've used Zoom and live chat support before, and I'm excited to learn how to use new and effective methods.
