I hold a Doctorate in Civil Engineering (City University, London, UK), a MSc in Civil Engineering Structures (City University, London, UK) and a BEng in Civil Engineering (University of Portsmouth, UK).

I have spent 24 years studying and working in the UK.

I am the sole author / first author / co-author of 18 scientific articles in the field of Civil Engineering published in high-impact-factor international peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

In addition, I have acted as a reviewer for several high-impact-factor international scientific journals (number of reviews: 39).

I have been involved in technical (Science and Engineering) translation as well as general translation for Engineering companies (Greek and foreign) for approximately 8 years. 

My main area of expertise is the translation and proofreading of texts such as Engineering design documents and manuals as well as technical manuals and specification documents for all kinds of instruments and equipment used in various fields of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications and IT hardware and software).
