I worked for a local food-related institution for three years from 2019. My main task was to communicate with local farmers and helped foreign workers employed by farmers.
In particular, they needed help because the contents of poor quality and poor standards of agricultural products during the inspection process cannot be expressed in one sentence.
Since farmers deal with pesticides, communication errors are fatal.
The majority of farmers in the region are elderly, and language barriers with foreign workers cause many problems. They supplemented the missing things in their communication process and corrected the wrong expressions.
As an example, a foreign worker mistyped the egg's spawning date due to an error in communication. There was no problem with the quality, but the farmhouse had to undergo administrative disposition due to the problem.
I realized something with the above case.
No matter how small the details are, they can cause big problems. |
