I’m a full-time Filipino audiovisual translator
specializing in subtitling and game localization. I’ve worked with
several LSPs and translated hours of audiovisual materials and original
video game content from English to Filipino (Tagalog)—sometimes vice
versa. On the technical side of things, I am familiar with and have used
numerous tools like MemoQ, Trados, Smartcat, SubtitleEdit, OOONA,
imediatrans, and Originator.

From time to time, I also work with
direct clients and agencies and translate materials from different
subject fields. For my long-term prospects, the goal is to keep
learning, complement hands-on experience with theory as well as help in
promoting AVT community’s visibility.
