ACCORD (Alliance Training) requirements

Audit face such as Gerber ,Garan,Carters,Wallmart,Tesco
Buyers,George,C&A

Training and Development (Grievance, Safety issue,
Company Policy and Others)

Follow up of Confirmation Records statutory
obligations - PF, Tax, Bonus etc.

Look after the administration of workers as per BEPZA rule

Develop, revise,
interpret & communicate HR policies and procedures & guidelines in
compliance with local laws & regulations and ensure its implementation.

Ensure employee promotion, transfer, confirmation, reassignment are
carried out as per company policy.

Supervises overtime and any other
benefits/allowances payments

Supervises and ensures preparation of
monthly salary (corporate office)

Supervises monthly salary of the sister
