Source text - English 1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
1.1. Definitions
The following expressions shall, unless the context otherwise require, when used herein (including the recitals and the schedules hereto), have the following meanings:
Access Code means the access code applicable to the Pipeline System.
Agreement means this agreement including the Schedules (s) thereto.
Commencement Date means the date indicated in Clause 8.1 hereof.
Confidential Information means:
a) all commercial, technical, financial and other information of whatever nature and in whatever form (whether written, oral, visual, recorded, graphical, electronic or otherwise) relating to the business, technology or other affairs of a Party; and
b) any systems, ideas, concepts, know-how, techniques, drawings, specifications, blueprints, tracings, diagrams, models, functions, designs and capabilities (including computer software, data and hardware used in conjunction with such software, business procedures, manufacturing processes or other information embodied in drawings or specifications) and any other intellectual property of a Party.

English to Spanish: Improving nutrition
Source text - English In the context of the Sustainable Development Goals, the UN Decade of Action on Nutrition and the
Malabo Declaration, governments and development partners are increasing their commitment to make
agriculture and food system policies and programmes “nutrition-sensitive”. A prominent challenge for
transforming this commitment into action is the limited focus, capacity and resources to design, implement
and monitor nutrition-sensitive food and agriculture policies and programmes.
Through the sharing of country-level experiences, participants will consider how nutrition-sensitive food
systems can promote and support healthy diets, while – at the same time - addressing the challenges
associated with the multiple burdens of malnutrition. Particular attention will be given to the tools, entry
points and policy levers within the food system that can help ensure inclusive policies and programmes
deliver sustainable, nutrition-sensitive food production that supports diets which are balanced, diverse,
safe, accessible, nutritious and desirable.
Translation - Spanish En el marco de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), el Decenio de las Naciones Unidas de Acción sobre la Nutrición y la Declaración de Malabo, los gobiernos y los socios en el desarrollo están intensificando su compromiso para conseguir que las políticas y los programas de los sistemas alimentarios y agrícolas sean "sensibles a la nutrición". Un desafío importante para transformar este compromiso en acción es la limitación del enfoque, la capacidad y los recursos a la hora de diseñar, implementar y monitorear los programas y las políticas de agricultura y alimentos sensibles a la nutrición.
