The Law should cover the registration of all economic operators, including legal entities, peasant farms (farming enterprises) and private entrepreneurs.

It's necessary in some way to distinguish them from big partnerships or associations, and subsidiaries of agrogiants, which are also private. All the versions with "peasant" or "peasant (farmer)" come out not really in English.
