: At least in the US, "middle school" means grades 6 to 8 while graduates of "srednyaya shkola" get an equivalent of the American "high school diploma"

: Taking Alexander's comment into account I would just call it a School for the Creative Arts and leave it at that. If there's a timeline it should be understood what grades are covered.

This is certainly one solution, but it sounds too much like a post-18 school on its own. I think I'd go for High School

Not for grade.
There are many good options for special features of the certificate; the translator has in the certificate a roster of subjects and therefore can use the most appropriate subtitle. Usually in the USA, a college will anyway not satisfy by the translation only and will request to send this translation and some additional documents in an evaluation company, for example, World Educational Services, Inc. to find and American equivalency in this case to GED. Such company will perform final decision about this document title and features.
