Уважаемые коллеги,
речь идёт о рецептах "хозяйке на заметку", которые не всегда срабатывают. Контекст:
Чтобы макароны не *слипались*, говорят, что надо добавить в кипящую воду ложку подсолнечного масла. Можно оливкового, или рапсового. Но если всё равно *слипаются* - не страшно - они *слипаются* не только у вас, они слипаются у всех. Но! Все едят, и довольны...!
