Здравствуйте. Подскажите, пожалуйста, какой можно подобрать к данному понятию английский эквивалент более КОРРЕКТНЫЙ и короткий, нежели мой вариант "a plot attached to an apartment"?

Discussion

David Knowles Jan 30, 2012:
What sort of plot is it? Is it a plot of land (for growing flowers, vegetables or grass, or just sitting in)?
Could it be a parking space (possibly underground)?
Is it "common parts" (that is the communal parts of the building, such as stairwells and landings)?

Это участок земли? Или подъезда?

adjoining plot

Depends on context. You don't need "flat/apartment" if this is evident from the context. For example, it could be "flat for sale with adjoining plot of land".

Good point! How about "associated" instead of "adjoining"?
