same store sales
The "sviluppo" is growth in the number of stores, while "vendite a parità" is "vendite a parità di negozi"
Investopedia explains it very well:
"Investopedia explains Same Store Sales
This statistic allows investors to determine what portion of new sales has come from sales growth and what portion from the opening of new stores."

real-terms sales growth
In fact I think this would be an adequate translation for ther whole thing, "un andamento positivo delle vendite tanto per lo sviluppo che per le vendite a parita". It means that sales have increased even after taking inflation into account.
