From a government study of future electricity production needs

Activation of the producer’s production facility shall be restricted, in order to prevent
and increase in short circuit currents beyond the capacity of equipment defined in
Clause 8.6 in regimes of parallel executions between transformers in substations.


The capacity coefficient required shall not be less than 0.9, (i.e. the capacity
coefficient required shall be in the range of 0.90 of the coefficient of power to 0.90
